Before
our meeting and snacks we welcomed Cindy Van Dyk who gave an update on the St.
Croix County Fair changes on quilt displays and distributed Fair Information
booklets.
President
Erica Olson opened the meeting. Visitors welcomed.
Secretary
meeting minutes were approved. (MT/BL)
Show
& Tell and Round Tuits were shared.
Sandy B. distributed block patterns for our monthly block project. This was final handout with potential layouts
for blocks.
Kelly
is in process of finalizing getting nametags ordered.
Fabrics
for caring quilt blocks available to pick up, complete and bring into June
meeting. Mention made of several cancer patients in need of quilts and those
who had received them.
Erica
stated an update of By-Laws and development of procedures or standing rules
needs to be dealt with. Sandy offered to be the contact and Chairman if you
would like to relay suggestions to her to bring forth or review. One issue is the challenge quilt and if we
participate the year there is no show.
So far it is Sandy B., Pasty L., and Mary S. on project.
Correspondence
was read including thank you from Five Loaves for $89.30 donation.
Motion
to adjourn. – Please bring food items to share for the
June picnic and the start time is changed to 6 pm.

after you go over “64”, take a right and 0.7 miles later house is on your
